Welcome to our spacious and modern holiday home with private sauna, perfect for those looking for comfort, tranquillity and a touch of luxury. Start your day relaxed with a cup of coffee and end it in the Finnish sauna – the perfect place to unwind completely.
Our apartment is located in the heart of the quiet and charming village of Rütenbrock (Haren - Emsland), within walking distance of shops, a bakery, restaurants and other daily amenities. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is within easy reach.

The layout

The renovated 3-room apartment on ground floor has a spacious living room with sitting area, dining table and fully equipped kitchen.  There are two bedrooms. One with a double king-size box-spring bed and one with a single box-spring bed. A cot can be added on request. A high chair is also available on request. Both the high chair and cot are completely free of charge for you.

At the back of the apartment you will find the lovely spacious Finnish sauna. It is entirely at your disposal during your stay.

Next to the sauna is a separate toilet and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upon arrival, you can easily enter the apartment yourself via the digital lock and key safe to immediately enjoy your stay. The beds are already made for you and there is a set of towels per person!

Thanks to its central location near the German-Dutch border, this is the ideal starting point for a varied stay.

➡️ Explore the green Emsland region by bike or on foot, for example along the Haren-Rütenbrock Canal or through extensive nature reserves.
➡️ Discover picturesque places such as the fortified town of Bourtange or lively Emmen just over the border.
➡️ Meppen, Papenburg and even Groningen are also within easy reach for a day of shopping or culture.
